How do I increase storage, AI, or other limits?
Click See options on the storage warning. Admins go straight to plan comparison and secure checkout; everyone else gets the same usage numbers plus a ready-to-send message for their admin, since only an admin can actually change the plan.

When a workspace gets close to or goes over a plan limit, a banner appears with a See options button. What happens after you click it depends on your role in the workspace.
If you're an admin, you go straight to plan comparison and secure checkout. If you're not, you see the same usage numbers plus a ready-made message to send your admin — the app can't message them for you, since it only ever stores their email as a hash, never something it can read back.
1. If you're an admin#
Click See options. The Upgrade your plan screen shows Current usage for storage, compute, and AI, followed by the same plan cards you'd see when creating a workspace — pick one to go straight to secure checkout. See How do I choose a plan and finish checkout? for what happens after that.
2. If you're not an admin#
Click See options. The Storage is full screen shows the same Current usage, plus a Message for your admin box already written for you. Click Copy message and paste it wherever you already talk to your admin — email, chat, whatever you use. It's copy-and-paste on purpose: your admin's contact details aren't something the app itself can read, so it can't send the message for you.
3. Raise your AI allowance without paying#
Two ways to get more AI, and neither one is a purchase:
- On the Free plan, completing specialist identity verification raises the AI allowance on that same plan — no upgrade needed.
- On the Basic plan, the AI add-on is a switch you turn on when picking or changing your subscription (see How do I choose a plan and finish checkout?), not a separate request.
