Digital sovereignty
Your reports sit in a vault that only your key opens—not even we can access it.
The key is created on your own computer and never leaves it. The report is locked before it goes anywhere, travels locked, and only you open it again — we hold the patient’s data without ever being able to read what is inside. That is why data sovereignty here doesn't depend on where the server sits, or on who runs the platform: the key is yours, and without it nobody reads anything.

- The report is encrypted on your computer with a key that is born there and never leaves. What reaches us is already sealed.

- Your email, security password and device together derive the vault key. There is no copy on our side that could open it.

O que é o diagnos?
O diagnos é uma plataforma para criar, organizar, laudar e compartilhar exames de imagem médica dentro de um cofre digital soberano, com histórico completo de pacientes e assinatura digital qualificada. Funciona no navegador e inclui um agente de IA que recebe instruções por texto ou áudio e pré-preenche o laudo seguindo exemplos e modelos configurados por você.
Preciso instalar alguma coisa?
Não. O diagnos funciona no navegador, em computador, tablet e celular. Não há programa para instalar na máquina nem servidor para manter na clínica.
Onde ficam os meus dados e quem consegue lê-los?
O dado sensível é cifrado no seu próprio dispositivo antes de sair dele, com ChaCha20-Poly1305 em esquema de catraca; no servidor existe uma segunda camada AES-256 com chaves do cliente. A senha do cofre nunca chega ao servidor, porque a autenticação segue o padrão OPAQUE. Na prática, o diagnos guarda um bloco que não consegue ler.
E se eu esquecer a senha do cofre?
A recuperação não passa pelo diagnos: ela é derivada de uma passkey do seu dispositivo, quando ele oferece suporte, ou das 12 palavras de recuperação que você imprime ao criar a conta. Não existe chave mestra — é a mesma ausência que impede qualquer outra pessoa de abrir o seu cofre.
Como funciona a demonstração?
A demonstração abre um espaço de trabalho já montado, com pacientes, exames e laudos fictícios, para você navegar como se fosse o seu. É preciso uma conta diagnos com e-mail confirmado; não há cartão de crédito nem apresentação comercial para agendar.
