- How do I choose a plan and finish checkout? You pick a plan on the Choose the right plan step of creating a workspace. Free starts the workspace right away, at no cost; any paid plan takes you to a secure payment step to finish the subscription before the workspace opens. You can change plans later. 2 min read
- How do I increase storage, AI, or other limits? Click See options on the storage warning. Admins go straight to plan comparison and secure checkout; everyone else gets the same usage numbers plus a ready-to-send message for their admin, since only an admin can actually change the plan. 2 min read
- How do I see my usage, and what happens when I hit a limit? Storage, compute, and AI are tracked separately, each against its own monthly allowance. Running out of storage blocks the whole workspace — except viewing your usage and finishing an upgrade, which stay open on purpose, so a blocked workspace can still see its balance and get unblocked. 2 min read
