How do I choose a plan and finish checkout?
You pick a plan on the Choose the right plan step of creating a workspace. Free starts the workspace right away, at no cost; any paid plan takes you to a secure payment step to finish the subscription before the workspace opens. You can change plans later.

You pick a plan on the Choose the right plan step, right after naming your new workspace. Choosing Free starts the workspace immediately, at no cost. Choosing any paid plan takes you to a secure payment step, hosted by our payment partner, to finish the subscription before the workspace opens.
You can change plans later, so pick whatever fits today rather than guessing your usage a year from now.
1. Compare the plans#
Four self-serve plans are shown side by side: Free, Basic, Clinic, and Enterprise. Each card shows its monthly storage, compute, and AI allowance. Clinic offers two scales in the same card — switch between ×5 capacity and ×20 capacity. Basic has an AI switch (Off/On) that adds an AI allowance to that plan.
2. Pick one#
Click Choose {plan} on the card you want. Enterprise only offers Talk to sales — it opens an email to our sales team instead of a self-serve purchase, since Enterprise is a negotiated contract with its own infrastructure budget, not a fixed price.
Prices are shown in your currency (USD, BRL, or EUR) and billed monthly or yearly; they're set at this step, not listed here, so this article doesn't go stale when they change.
3. Finish#
- Free: the workspace is ready right away — there's no payment step.
- Basic or Clinic: continuing opens the secure payment step. Once the subscription is confirmed, the workspace opens with the new plan's limits.
If that payment step ever loses track of which plan you picked — for example, you refreshed the page or came back to it later — it asks you to go back and choose again. Nothing is charged until checkout actually completes.
