- What can the AI assistant help with? Chat with an AI agent inside diagnos — from an exam you're writing, or from the workspace in general — or reach it from an AI tool you already use, like ChatGPT or Claude. It's not part of the encrypted vault, so never type in a patient's name, email, or phone number; treat it like any AI, since it can make mistakes. 2 min read
- How do I configure my workspace's AI? Open Settings, then the AI Agent tab. From there you see which model answers at the workspace level (it's presented simply as diagnos), and you turn on the connection that lets AI tools you already use — ChatGPT, Claude, anything that speaks MCP — send messages and files into your workspace's agents. 2 min read Required role: Admin
- What do notifications mean? The bell icon in the top bar opens your notifications; opening the panel marks everything as read. There are three kinds — a key request that needs an admin's action, an invite accepted, and a generic update — and only the key request needs anyone to do anything. 2 min read
