How do I create a workspace?
Before entering any workspace, pick an existing space, open the demo, or create a new one — a workspace is a virtual vault encrypted in your own browser that not even diagnos's server can read. Creating one walks you through naming it, a permanent date-precision setting, a plan, and optional team invites.

This is the screen before you enter any workspace: pick an existing space, open the demo, or create a new one.
A workspace is, in practice, a virtual vault encrypted in your own browser (client-side). Patient and exam data are only readable with this device's session key — not even the server can read the raw content, it only stores already-encrypted blocks.
Demo#
You can explore the entire platform through the demo space, without creating a paid account — it comes preloaded with sample patients, reports, and files.
How to create a workspace#
- Name the space and pick its look (accent color and appearance).
- Set the date precision for this workspace's records, from month down to the second — every date stored here (birth, visit, exam) is truncated to this level before it's encrypted, and anything finer never exists in the first place. This can't be changed after the workspace is created, so choose carefully; day-level precision is the default.
- Choose a plan. See Choose a plan and check out for what happens next on paid plans.
- Invite your team by email — optional, you can skip this and invite people later from Settings.
