How do I create an diagnos account?
Go to diagnos's sign-in screen and continue with Google, Microsoft, or your email — there's no separate sign-up form. First-time visitors are guided through a security password and a short profile automatically.

There's no separate sign-up form. Go to diagnos's access screen and continue with Google, Microsoft, or your email — an account is created automatically the first time you use it.
If you continue with email, diagnos sends you a sign-in link instead of asking for a password. Click it, then set up a security password and a short profile before you reach your workspaces.
Creating your account#
- On the access screen, click Continue with Google, Continue with Microsoft, or type your email and click Continue with email.
- If you used email, open the message diagnos sent you and click the link inside. Opened it on a different browser or device than the one you started on? The page asks you to type your email again to confirm.
- Set your account's security password when prompted. It's separate from your Google, Microsoft, or email login — it's what protects your patient data. See How do I unlock a workspace? for what this password does and how to recover it if you lose it.
- Complete your profile: full name and your role (Doctor, Imaging technician, Administrative staff, or Other) are required. Doctors also need to enter a license number and state, and confirm a professional declaration. Specialties, phone number, and how you heard about diagnos are optional.
- You land on Workspaces — open an existing space, try the demo, or create a new one.
