An exam's workspace: writing the report, uploading files, and reviewing processed media, all in one place.
Uploading files#
Use the upload area on the side to send the exam's original files (images, DICOM, videos). Processing happens in the background — optimized media shows up under Processed media as soon as it's ready. These files land in the workspace's file repository under this exam's own folder — see Files & drives.
Writing the report#
The text editor supports standard medical report formatting. To reuse a quick phrase you've saved in Templates, copy it there and paste it in — there's no direct insert into the editor yet.
Publishing#
When the report is ready, click the publish action in the page header. This action:
- Marks the report as published (you can't go back to draft afterwards — fixing something later means publishing a corrected version, not undoing this one).
- Logs a notification for the workspace team.
Until published, the report stays a draft and can be freely edited.
Signing a report is a separate step from publishing, and it starts from the same file actions menu that manages the files you upload here — see Electronic signature.
