The workspace's file repository, organized into folders — exam folders are created automatically and hold the files uploaded during that exam. Uploading only happens through the report editor, not on this screen, and a file only appears here once the upload fully finishes.

The workspace's file repository, organized into folders. Every time a report is created, an exam folder is automatically born here — it's where files uploaded during the exam go (images, DICOM, videos, and general clinic documents with no specific patient attached).
Navigation#
Browse folders normally. Exam folders show an indicator of the linked patient and report; click a file to preview it without downloading.
Permissions and uploading#
Reading is open to any workspace member. Uploading only happens through the report editor's upload flow (signed URLs, processed by the media pipeline) — there's no direct upload on this screen. A file is encrypted and uploaded in one step; if it's interrupted partway through, it simply never shows up here — there's no partially-uploaded state you'll see in a folder.
Trash and permanent deletion#
Right-click a file for Move to archive, Move to trash, and, once a file is in the trash, Delete permanently. See Delete or restore a file for exactly what each of these does today and its limits.
