Patients & exam reports

How do I create and publish an exam report?

Click **New report** and pick a patient and specialist to create an exam — you're taken straight to the editor to upload files and start writing. Publishing happens inside the editor and can't be undone: there's no un-publish, only publishing a corrected version.

The Reports screen lists every exam in the workspace, grouped by date or other criteria (use the grouping selector at the top of the list).

Publishing is final. There's no button to send a published report back to draft — if something needs fixing after publishing, the fix is to publish a corrected version, not to undo the first one.

Creating a report#

Click New report and choose:

  1. The patient — search by name, ID number, or registered email.
  2. The specialist responsible for the report.

Once confirmed, the exam is created and you're taken straight to the editor, where you can already upload the exam's files (images, DICOM, videos) and start writing the report.

Finding a report#

Search matches the name of the patient linked to the exam. Use the view filters (grid or list) to switch how results are displayed.

Publishing and signing#

A report starts as a draft. Publishing happens inside the exam editor, via the publish action in the page header — once published, it's marked complete and a notification is logged for the team. From there a report can also be electronically signed, which is a separate, further step — see Electronic signature.

Trash and archive aren't available yet#

The Archive and Trash tabs on this screen currently show a "not available yet" message for real workspaces — there's no way to archive or delete an exam report from here today. Opening an exam always takes you straight into the editor; there's no separate preview panel either.
