Usage # 

diagnos patients list [--group] [--include-deleted] [--limit] [--cursor] [--all] [--summary]

List patients (one page, or all with --all)

Options #

  • --group -g str

    Security group filter

  • --include-deleted bool default: false

    Include the trash

  • --limit int default: 50

    Page size

  • --cursor str

    Resume from this cursor

  • --all bool default: false

    Walk every page

  • --summary -s bool default: false

    Also decrypt each row's sealed summary (name, tags)

Examples #

  • One page of a group, names decrypted

    diagnos patients list --group sg_oncology --summary

  • Every page, as JSON

    diagnos --json patients list --all

  • The page after the cursor the last one printed

    diagnos patients list --limit 20 --cursor CURSOR
