Usage # 

diagnos patients update <patient_id> --file [--tag] [--expect-version]

Write a new version of a patient

Arguments #

  • PATIENT_ID str required

    Patient document id

Options #

  • --file path required

    New record JSON file

  • --tag list[str]

    Replace the tags, repeatable (default: keep)

  • --expect-version str

    Refuse if a version newer than this one was saved meanwhile

Examples #

  • A complete new version, refused if someone saved since

    diagnos patients update PATIENT_ID --file patient.json --expect-version VERSION_ID

  • Also replace the tags

    diagnos patients update PATIENT_ID --file patient.json --tag diabetes --tag follow-up
