Usage # 

diagnos files list [--group] [--exam] [--folder] [--include-pending] [--limit] [--cursor] [--all]

List files and folders (one page, or all with --all)

Options #

  • --group -g str

    Security group filter

  • --exam str

    Filter by exam id

  • --folder str

    Folder node id

  • --include-pending bool default: false

    Include pending

  • --limit int default: 50

    Page size

  • --cursor str

    Resume from this cursor

  • --all bool default: false

    Walk every page

Examples #

  • One folder, names decrypted

    diagnos files list --group sg_oncology --folder FOLDER_ID

  • Every file linked to an exam, as JSON

    diagnos --json files list --exam EXAM_ID --all
